# What's New

#### Partial Support for OpenTelemetry

In this release, Flopsar 6.0 introduces partial support for OpenTelemetry, an open-source observability framework for cloud-native software. OpenTelemetry provides a set of APIs, libraries, agents, and instrumentation to enable observability into your software. With the integration of OpenTelemetry, Flopsar 6.0 allows users to collect and send trace data from their applications to the Flopsar server, enhancing the ability to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems.

**Key Benefits:**

* **Enhanced Observability**: Users can now leverage OpenTelemetry to gain better insights into their application performance and dependencies.
* **Interoperability**: This partial support ensures that Flopsar can integrate with existing OpenTelemetry instrumentation, providing a seamless experience for users who are already utilizing OpenTelemetry in their monitoring stack.
* **Extensible Monitoring**: With OpenTelemetry, Flopsar users can expand their monitoring capabilities to include a wider range of applications and environments.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.flopsar.com/6.0/overview/whats-new.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
