Data Masking

In situations where a profile is set up in such a way that agents report methods and their parameters, it is possible that some of these parameters may contain sensitive data. To ensure that such data remains concealed and is not visible to unauthorized individuals, you can apply masking techniques. To mask the data just click the Tools link in the side bar.

Then, follow the steps below to mask the data:

1. Press on the Add button located in the top left corner. This will open the data masking settings.

2. In the data masking settings, you can specify the parameter key for masking sensitive data.

3. Save the data masking settings once you have defined the desired rules.

By following these steps, you can effectively mask sensitive data contained within agent report parameters, thus ensuring data privacy and security.
